What is the ultimate Anti Aging secret ?

A nutrition plan is really personal, it is built according to your personal nutrition goals and needs, and of course, your lifestyle.
But there is one guideline that is equal in every nutrition plan I write to my patients, and this is it:
First thing in the morning – drink fresh squeezed lemon with mineral water.

It is the greatest gift that you could ever give your body, especially after the night sleep.

 The night sleep is actually a fest. It is about 6-8 hours that our body goes without food. You might be thinking that it doesn’t count since we are sleeping, but the body is still working. There are hormones, enzymes and other processes
that are working during the sleep.
That is why it is really important to “break” this fest the right way. The best way to do that is by drinking a fresh squeezed lemon.

If you can’t start your day without the “Morning Coffee”, no problem. Drink the coffee about 40 minutes after drinking the lemon, but please not as the first thing.

The first 3 days would be difficult, but after them you’re set to go.
Don’t get me wrong, I also drink coffee, but I prefer to have it around the after noon.

Coffee as first thing in the morning is putting extra pressure on our liver, and can cause headaches, increase stress and interrupt important enzymes working properly. Just drink lemon before hand, and the coffee once you’ll get to work or before you leave the house.

The lemon has incredible qualities that make it a huge natural treasure to our health. In an average lemon, there is about 40% of the daily-recommended intake of vitamin C.
When it’s first thing after the night sleep, lemon boosts and supports the liver in a better cleans and toxins neutralization. This will give you lots of energy to start your day right.

Drinking fresh lemon would also clarify your skin, and strengthen your immune system. It is the best natural anti aging solution you could find!
Lemon is also antibacterial and can help cure flu and protect our bodies from respiratory diseases.
Lemon reduces the risk of developing cardiovascular diseases, infectious diseases, skin diseases and cancer.
There are also some studies that have shown that lemons fragrance encourages a good mood.

If you find it to though at the begging, start by adding fruits to your lemon water. It will ease up the lemons sour taste and be more gentle to start with.

I like to add strawberries or raspberries, that are also high in antioxidants.
